- 1 Cup SP Herb Black Rice Soak the Black Rice overnight to speed the cooking time
- 1 Can Tuna Lemon Pepper flavour
- 1/2 Cup Chopped carrot
- 1/2 Cup Soy Bean Edamame Bean
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum
- 1/2 Cup Chopped kale
- 1 Cup Fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp Pink salt
- 1/2 tsp Mixed herb
Put some water to boil and cook the rice (black rice usually requires about 40 - 45 minutes). Soak overnight to speed the cooking time.
In the meantime, wash and chop all the vegetables.
when the rice is ready, drain, let cool, then put it in a bowl and combine with the other ingredients: tinned tuna, pour the dressing on the top and mixed together.
