- 1 Cup Cooked SP Herb Black Rice
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 6 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp Red curry paste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (can use coconut oil or olive oil I have to use Cooking Oil because Virgin or Extra Virgin is too strong smell.
- 5 cloves garlic chopped
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 cup Chili colour as you like
- water little
The fish is cut into white pieces and cut into pieces. Then add the ingredients to the marinade. Leave for 30 - 45 minutes.
