SP Herb Ltd Black Rice Pudding

Ingredients
SP Herb Ltd 175g SP Herb Ltd black rice
225g ounces coconut cream (or coconut milk for a lighter version)
1 pinch sea salt
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup coconut sugar (optional)
1/2 cup seasonal fruit per serve (mango, berries, banana)
Instructions

Wash rice thoroughly and discard water

In a medium sized pot bring the rice to a boil with water and coconut cream/milk for 30 – 40 min or until thick and creamy.

Serve warm with seasonal fruit as per your personal preference on top or as a side.

You can also pour some coconut cream over the top.
