Yellow Curry
Course: Curry, Dinner, Main Course
Chicken 700 Grams
3 cups of Coconut Cream
3 Potatoes, chopped
Mae Supen Yellow Curry Paste
2 Onions, chopped
2 Red Chili Chopped
Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
¬Ĺ tea spoon of salt
2 1/2 cups water
2 Tbsp sugar
  1. Wash the chicken. Cut into pieces

  2. Pour oil in a frying pan on medium heat, add coconut milk (1 cup) to the boil, add Mae Supen Yellow Curry Paste. Stir until fragrant and coconut cream is cooked. Then add the chicken. Simmer over low heat 10-15 minutes.

  3. Put the onion, potatoes and remaining coconut cream add fish sauce, sugar, pepper and salt. Simmer for another 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender, then remove from heat.
  4. Place into a bowl and serve immediately with Thai Black Cargo rice.
